Council Approvals

Most structures, that are build on your land, require your Council’s approval before construction can commence.

Each Council’s requirements are different, so it’s always best to confirm with Council before you purchase any of our kits.

Once pre-approval is granted, you have the choice of having all your complying approvals arranged by SPARK, through our Private Certifying service, or you can arrange for these yourself, not a problem at all.
