Our container homes are fully insulated to a 7 star rating. They are fully transportable meaning you can put them on your own land as they don’t come with land on a block already (you will need council approval in doing so) or you can place them on the back of a trailer. A bond is required but they vary depending on the size of the home you have chosen.
They can be used as an office space, studio, extra room or a home to live in. Minimum rental period is 6 months. Just like renting a normal home, if by the end of the rental period the home is still clean and undamaged then you get your bond back. You can also get these homes on finance and we also sell these.Suitable for office, bedroom, extra room space, studio etc
